New grooming equipment & additional snowmaking will also enhance your skiing & riding experience. Saddleback offers 66 trails and glades with 85% snowmaking coverage. A 2,000 ft vertical drop with a summit elevation of 4120 feet makes Saddleback one of Main’s largest ski mountains. Beginners will enjoy South Branch, nearly 4 miles of gentle secluded beginner terrain served by its own quad chair. Saddleback’s beautiful post & Beam base lodge offers a food court, coffee bar, Swig N Smelt Pub, Ski & Ride School, day care center, ski shop, ski &snowboard rentals and an ATM machine.
