About Ski Apache
Ski Apache sits on the northern flank of 12,003 ft. Sierra Blanca peak in south central New Mexico. It is "off the beaten path" and has been written up as one of "skiing's best kept secrets".
Elevations are high enough to catch snow, yet the southerly latitude offers a relatively mild winter climate with lots of sunshine. The genuine southwestern atmosphere is a daily mix of Anglo, Hispanics and Apaches as well as visitors from all over the world. All the focus here is in providing great skiing and snowboarding - no real estate or time shares etc.
Enjoy the spectacular views from the top of Apache bowl at 11,500 - you can see 200 miles at a glance on a clear day. |
