Wolf Ridge Ski Resort Reviews

This place smells like a sewer...the employees are your typical mountain area type of folks but I find it very unprofessional to have 15 yr olds smoking cigarettes and napping while operating ski lifts. The grooming at the unloading stations was horrible and the muddy rocks at the entrance to the ski shop were very dangerous. At $52 per day lift ticket, I should have driven up the road a bit to Beech and/or Sugar...and because there was so much rust on the lift, my brand new Columbia jacket was ripped. What was the owner's answer to that??? Comp tickets to come back to this @#$% hole the next day and a free hot chocolate.

Great for beginners and intermediates...not much for the daredevil black diamond skiers though (which is okay for me because they scare me). Great value...and close enough to drive up and ski same day from Charlotte area. Will definitely go back!

Ya, its a great place to take your family for fun, has all types of courses, more of a family environment!!!!!

I haven't been in a few years but this place is great. I have never gone snowboarding so let us know how that is.
