Lots of SNOW! Great Spring Skiing

We visited King Pine on Monday -- March 10th. Even though it was a weekday, King Pine had all the lifts open and all trails! We were able to get dozens of runs completed within just a few hours. The snow was well groomed and SUPER to ski on. You really had to look hard to find any bare spots. GREAT terrain park! Didn't eat there so that is why just "OK". I hear they make a GREAT chowder though. Friendly and helpful personnel. Parking lot is close to everything! Very accessible. |

This was the first time that I have been to this resort. We were a bit disappointed. The conditions were icy in the am, but it did soften up as the day went on. The mountain is small by comparison. The prices were a bit steep for the size of the mountain.
