If you take the Tram you can cut out the gas and the hassle. For $58 I got a round trip on the famous Sandia Tram, an all-day lift ticket, and a fantastic day of skiing at one of the most pleasant and quiet resorts around. Great for families or going alone. Everyone was friendly. The chicken quesadilla was amazing and only $6! Hope to get there again soon!

This is a really Great Place to Go with your Family and to go when you are starting to try snowboarding or skiing.

I went to sandia last year to experience my first time snowboarding. I got the package that included the lessons and the instructors were very patient. I was having a hard time standing up at first and never once did I see them getting frustrated with me. Once I caught onto the basics, they were willing to show me more experienced moves. I am sooo excited to try it again this year and will return to sandia!!!
