
Sandia Peak Ski Area Terrain
The Ski Area offers an excellent learning environment for the novice skier as well as some of the longest cruising terrain available in New Mexico. The area offers 30 trails serviced by four chairlifts, a surface lift and a children's mitey mite. Snowboarders are welcome on all trails and Sandia Peak has an abundance of natural terrain for boarders of all ability levels.

Snowboarding allowed on all runs. The "Scrap Yard" FreeStyle Fun Park has an assortment of beginner and intermediate fun boxes and rails. The Fun Park is accessed off the beginner lift.
