I went to Snow Ridge again after hearing about this 4-6 ft of lake effect that was coming Mon and Tues while they were closed. I thought it had the potential to be like opening day but, was wrong and a little let down from the hype. I must say though the skiing was great. It was hard to even tell if they got 16" since it seemed to be blown around. This time I was able to really explore the mnt. I spent more time in the glades. I can tell in the ravine glade there are some of the steepest drops I've ever come across. I was able to experience some mini avalances. Also was able to explore some other trails that led me to fresh snow but, lots of flat spots. The woods on both sides of the wide trail under the lift as well as the woods on the other side of the ravine where the old T bars are were a lot of fun and made getting back to the lift easy. Other than that exploring farther out led to a lot of hiking. A good day overall and good service.

I went up for opening day after hearing all the snow that had stacked up recently. Got there first thing and headed up the lift to see a big wide trail covered in fresh snow. Riders stood still stuck while others were trying to dig themselves out. Lucky for me I was rocking my Line EP Pros and tore it up. I rode the trail under the lift getting fresh tracks every time until I went over to one of the glades to find more people buried in the snow and others launching off a cliff into the deep fresh snow. From there I went over to where the park should be and got fresh powder the rest of the day before going back to the trail under the lift. There, I was still able to get fresh tracks up till my last run. It was a very deep, light powder that was really fun to ride. One of my best skiing experiences ever. I will be sure to keep an eye on Snow Ridge in the future after seeing the snow they get for myself.

Snow ridge is an amazing ski resort , me and a bunch of friends went there and it was a great time for all of us ! It is a great place to go with either your friends or to go with your family! Te service is great and so is the slopes! So head on out and enjoy a great time !

Snow Ridge has a great, affordable beginner ticket that allows you & the kids to use 3 slopes, from bunny to a brave beginner to gradually get new skiers up & running. Outstanding ski school, affordable food & no crowds. Perfect!
