With over a half century of glading experience, Red Mountain offers some of the best tree skiing and boarding in North America. Check out the Paradise glades on Granite Mountain for exceptional beginner area's which include progressive terrain benefiting the beginner who wants to learn quickly and to tackle the bigger stuff later. Between the two conical mountains, there is over 1596 acres of skiable terrain, (which access another 4000 of backcountry) breaking down into 10% beginner, 45% intermediate/advanced and 45% expert. Red enjoys 2900 ft. of verticle, 300 inches of annual snowfall and one terrain park that will ensure that your personal preferences for snow sliding are met. Tarrain Parks: 1At Red Mountain Resort, skiers and snowboarders all get along in a wonderfully harmonious environment. (with the exception of a few occasional pranks.) The only competition between us is who can pull off the gnarliest line, best trick or overall hardest shredder. Skier or boarder, Red is the place for you.
