Granlibakken Tahoe Terrain
Granlibakken Hill is a modest ski hill that has been in operation since 1927. The North facing slope provides a great opportunity to learn to ski and snowboard within full view of the warming hut and many of our townhomes. Granlibakken Tahoe offers an intimate learning experience for families and friends of varying ability who would like to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts. Granlibakken's sledding hill also offers a fun activity for those who are not interested in alpine skiing or riding, and is located right next to our ski hill. Cross country ski and snowshoe rentals are also available, and Granlibakken offers trails onsite as well as access to the Tahoe National Forest adjacent to our property for some of the best cross country skiing and snowshoeing Tahoe has to offer. Cross country skiers can use the ski lift to get to Paige Meadows and back country cross country skiing (no charge to have the cross country access).Granlibakken Tahoe Mountain Stats
