Powder Mountain Terrain
Powder is known for 500 inches per year of top quality snow. The ski area actually covers three mountains covered with 144 runs. Powder has achieved a reputation for untracked powder because of the abundance of bowls, gladed trees, side and backcountry. Real snow also makes for beautifully groomed cruisers. This is a fabulous place to learn to perfect your skills at skiing or riding powder. There is plenty of untracked powder on low angled slopes and plenty of widely spaced aspens and pines.
