Recreation Near Catamount

In the winter there is cross country skiing and snowshoeing nearby. Beginning in early May (through October)the Catamount Adventure Park re-opens with the ultimate aerial forest adventure for ages 8 to adult. There are 115 platforms in the trees each connect by a "bridge". "Bridges" are configurations of cable, wood and rope. Some "bridges" are zip lines extending up to 250 feet long and as high as 60 feet in the air. There are 8 courses, all with zip lines and for all ability levels.
